Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors in offices and staircases
Thorough cleaning of sanitary areas (toilets, sinks, showers)
Cleaning of kitchens, tea kitchens, and staff rooms
Care of surfaces, tables, desks, and door handles
Waste disposal and refilling of consumables
Maintaining order and cleanliness according to the cleaning plan – independently and as part of a team

You work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail
You are friendly, flexible, and a good team player
You have a keen eye for detail
You can communicate well in German
Experience in commercial cleaning is an advantage
A Class B driving licence is desirable, but not required

Flexible working hours by arrangement (part-time, mini-job, or full-time)
Work in fixed locations – no daily change of sites
Fair salary above minimum wage level + punctual payment
Extra pay for night, Sunday, or holiday work (if applicable)
Clearly structured procedures and clean handovers
Work materials and equipment are provided
Open and respectful teamwork with flat hierarchies
Personal contact person and honest communication
Optional onboarding with experienced colleagues
