Contact form & enquiries by email/phone
When you contact us, we process your information solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contractual) or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Transmission via Web3Forms: For the technical processing and delivery of our contact form we use the service Web3Forms (web3forms.com). The data you enter in the form (e.g. name, company, phone number, email address and message) is processed via Web3Forms' servers and forwarded to us by email. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliably handling enquiries) and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Where personal data is transferred to a third country, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses). 6. Analysis and marketing tools
Reach measurement (cookieless analytics)
This website collects pseudonymous usage data to analyse website behaviour. The following data is processed: pages viewed, referral source, device category, browser type and interactions (clicks on contact links, form submissions). No IP addresses are stored and no cookies are set. The session identifier used is a randomly generated ID kept exclusively in the browser’s sessionStorage and automatically deleted when the browser tab is closed. Cross-person or cross-session analysis is technically impossible. Processing takes place on servers located within Germany. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysing and optimising our website). You may object to this processing at any time with effect for the future (Art. 21 GDPR) – an informal message to hallo@marthacleaning.de is sufficient.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). Data: IP (truncated), browser, device, time on site, page views. Recipient: Google LLC (USA) – transfer based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and standard contractual clauses. Storage period: 2–14 months (depending on configuration). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 TTDSG). Withdrawal at any time via “Cookie settings”.
Google Ads (conversion tracking & remarketing)
We use Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). Conversion tracking measures whether a desired action (e.g. contact) took place. Remarketing shows interest-based ads. Recipient: Google LLC (USA), transfer based on DPF/SCCs. Storage period: 30 days to 13 months. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 TTDSG). Opt-out: via “Cookie settings” and via the Google ad settings (adssettings.google.com).
Google Consent Mode v2
We use Google Consent Mode v2. With consent: full functionality. Without consent: only anonymised signals (no cookies). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest for basic measurement), Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 TTDSG (for cookies).

YouTube
Our website embeds YouTube videos (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). Content is only loaded after consent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 TTDSG.
Google Maps
We use Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). To use it, your IP is transmitted to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 TTDSG.
We embed Instagram functions (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). When used, data is transmitted to Meta. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 TTDSG.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
